The sector of small rooftop systems on residential buildings in Slovenia has developed rapidly in the years 2010-2012. Changes in the support mechanism in late 2012 (lower/regressive feed-in prices) and 2015 (introduction of a tendering procedure) led to an almost complete stop in terms of investments into the PV industry.
